●Easily Achieve the Chopper Style!
This is a chopper style that can be easily created by simply replacing parts, while using the original parts with good design such as headlights, turn signals, meters, ignition keys, gas tanks, side covers, front and rear fenders, front and rear wheels, brakes, etc. without any frame modifications. The switches around the handle (headlight Hi/Lo, turn signal, horn) can be easily installed with a dedicated coupler-on kit. (Limited to models from 85~00 and 03~08. Other models require modifications ※Under development)
Especially, by eliminating the troublesome and time-consuming (costly) harness processing work around the headlight and making the handle switch coupler-on, you can bring custom closer at once!!
Choose your favorite parts from other 2%ER original parts such as front forks, handles, seats, mufflers, rear shocks, sissy bars, etc., and complete it by bolt-on assembly!

All are bolt-on installations with no modifications to the main frame or main harness. Not only can you easily customize, but it’s also easy to return to the original at any time.

The chopper style, which was hard to get into, is recommended for a wide range of layers, from custom beginners to discerning custom freaks, to see how easy, less tiring, and fun it is.

Based on a 2007 SR400, we have kept the original major exterior and labor-intensive electrical parts, and using our experience of creating numerous SR choppers, we have easily created a chopper-style SR400 with a focus on part replacement and a few one-off parts.
We have focused on the ease of assembly, the overall good looks of the chopper, the lack of fatigue, and the casual riding position, and have assembled the necessary parts with regular original parts, including one-off items, all without any frame modification, using bolt-on parts.
Compared to the above-mentioned Easy Chop, this one has additional one-off parts around the rear (all made with a bolt-on design without modifying the frame), and the brake master, which is too large in the original, is relocated under the seat and operated with a drum brake lever for an even simpler finish.
The paint on the gas tank and side cover is by “JERK GARAGE“, an old friend and representative of 2%ER. He is a painter who is still training while enjoying taking on painting jobs for family and friends, but he finished it well balanced with a 70’s-like pattern and color scheme on a completely entrusted order.
This vehicle is one that was produced as a B-class chopper style that can always be returned to the original, while improving the ride and looks by adding an FCR carburetor and a rear 16-inch wheel kit.

●The front end has been lengthened using a joint extension. Other than the handlebars and related parts involved in handlebar replacement, all other parts are high-quality original parts. While actually having the owner straddle it, we set it to an extremely non-tiring position with a one-off high-back seat and mid-high step that matches the most comfortable posture while driving, and we have added an FCR carburetor that doubles the fun of SR’s ride.
