●Easily Achieve a Chopper Style!
This is a chopper style that can be easily created by simply replacing parts, while using the well-designed original parts such as the headlight, turn signal, meter, ignition key, gas tank, side cover, front and rear fenders, front and rear wheels, brakes, etc. without modifying the frame. The switches around the handle (headlight Hi/Lo, turn signal, horn) can be easily installed with a dedicated coupler-on kit. (Limited to models from 85~00 and 03~08. Other models require modification ※Under development)
Especially, by eliminating the troublesome and time-consuming (costly) harness processing work around the headlight and making the handle switches coupler-on, customizing becomes instantly accessible!!
Choose your favorite parts from other 2%ER original parts such as front forks, handlebars, seats, mufflers, rear shocks, sissy bars, etc., and it’s complete with bolt-on assembly!
All are bolt-on installations with no modifications to the main frame or main harness. Not only is it easy to customize, but it’s also easy to return to the original at any time, which is a point.
Easy to ride even in town, extremely stable at high speeds, can carry a lot of luggage, from shopping in town to long touring and camping with ease!
The chopper style, which was hard to get into, is recommended for a wide range of layers, from custom beginners to discerning custom freaks, for its ease, fatigue resistance, and fun.

We used a 2006 model SR400 with an immobilizer as a base, preserving the attractive normal parts with the old car look that is characteristic of the SR, and challenged ourselves to create a B-class chopper and Kaminari-zoku style with even fewer steps than the “№281 SR400 EASY CHOP №01“.
Drawing from our experience of producing a large number of SR choppers so far, we have maintained the “coolness” with only the minimum necessary part replacement,
We have focused on ease of use, overall good looks, less fatigue, and an easy-to-ride position, and all necessary parts are composed of original bolt-on parts.
■【Customized Parts】
Only the front fork extension, rear lowering, handle, muffler, sissy bar, seat, and tail lamp.
The above are the only custom parts for the exterior. The harness processing work is only the extension of the front brake switch and tail lamp harness.
(This vehicle has been replaced with a carburetor and step recommended by 2%ER for improved rideability and fun)
This vehicle is a demonstration vehicle with a headlight case, meter case painted black, light visor attached, turn signals reused from XS-1,
The gas tank and side cover are aging paint with a psychedelic pattern by “BACON“.
The front fork is extended by 15cm with a joint, and the brake hose is replaced with a long one, and the meter cable is extended.
The handle is molded from vintage, and it’s a 10-inch pullback handle that you can ride without any strain on your body and has a great atmosphere. The switch group is a standard clean handle area treatment with a coupler-on kit, small throttle, and direct engine decompression lever. The old car feel of the controls is enhanced.
The seat and step that determine the ride comfort. The seat is a cushioned old school double seat. The step is a mid-high position step kit that can distribute body weight, making it extremely fatigue-resistant for city riding and long distances.
The muffler is a chopper-like drag pipe. We also replaced the intake with an FCR carburetor that is easy to handle and drastically changes from the normal carburetor.
We added a sissy bar kit that is convenient for carrying a lot of luggage for shopping in the city, touring, camping, etc. It greatly expands the range of bike play compared to vehicles that are difficult to load.
We have improved the footing with the lowered rear shock and changed it to a chopper-like silhouette.

FrontHandlebars, F forks, headlights, etc.
●The long fork defines the Chopper-like style. Straight-line stability is greatly improved, making it easier to drive on bypasses and highways. The side stand, which leans too much due to the fork extension, will have an extension plate added (to be installed at a later date as it was not ready in time for the photo shoot). This is the only part of the vehicle that is not bolt-on (currently developing a long side stand that is bolt-on).
The handle and its surroundings are all composed of bolt/coupler-on parts, significantly reducing the effort while maintaining the classic clean handle area.
【Front Fork Area】

The muffler is a drag pipe equipped with a torque cone at the mouthpiece, and the carburetor has been changed to FCR. All are bolt-on parts.
The gasoline tank and side cover are painted original. We asked “BACON“, which is flooded with orders from all over the world.

●Only three custom parts are used around the rear. The rear is lowered to ensure footing, and a sissy bar that can hold a lot of luggage is added. A tombstone tail light is installed by drilling holes in the original fender (the drilled holes are not visible when the tail is returned to its original state).
