Easily Achieve the Chopper Style!

This is a chopper style that can be easily created by simply replacing parts, while using the well-designed original parts such as the headlight, turn signal, meter, ignition key, gas tank, side cover, front and rear wheels, brakes, etc. without modifying the frame. The switches around the handle (headlight Hi/Lo, turn signal, horn) can be easily installed with a dedicated coupler-on kit. (Limited to models from 85~00 and 03~08. Other models require modification ※Under development)

Especially, by eliminating the troublesome and time-consuming (costly) harness processing work around the light and making the handle switch coupler-on, customizing becomes instantly accessible!!

Choose your favorite parts from 2%ER original parts such as front forks, handlebars, seats, mufflers, rear shocks, sissy bars, etc., and it’s complete with bolt-on assembly!

All are bolt-on installations with no modifications to the main frame or main harness. Not only is it easy to customize, but it’s also easy to return to the original at any time, which is a point.

Easy to ride even in town, highly stable at high speeds, can carry a lot of luggage, from shopping in town to long touring and camping with ease!

The chopper style, which was hard to get into, is recommended for a wide range of layers, from custom beginners to discerning custom freaks, for its ease, fatigue resistance, and fun.

This is a unique piece that challenges the creation of a B-grade chopper or Kaminari-zoku style with minimal work, while preserving the charm of the normal parts that are characteristic of the SR’s vintage look.

Based on our experience of producing a large number of SR choppers so far, we have managed to maintain the “coolness” with only the minimum necessary parts replacement.

We have focused on ease of use, overall good looks, and a position that is easy to ride without getting tired, and all necessary parts are made up of original bolt-on parts.

 

The front fork is extended by 25cm and equipped with a cheek bar to prevent twisting. In addition, the brake hose is replaced with a long one, and the meter cable is extended.

The handlebars are a semi-low pullback handle that allows the owner to ride comfortably according to their physique. The switchgear is a standard clean handlebar arrangement with a coupler-on kit, a small throttle, and a decompression lever directly attached to the engine. This enhances the vintage feel of the controls.

The paint on the psychedelic 70’s design of the gas tank and side cover, which has a bit of aging, was done by “BACON“, which collects orders from all over the world as a demonstration model for the first stage of the EASY CHOP series.

The seat and step determine the ride comfort. The seat is a bucket seat that prevents your buttocks from slipping during acceleration. The step is a mid-high position step kit that allows you to distribute your weight, making it extremely fatigue-resistant for city riding and long distances.

The muffler is a long drag pipe with a slightly raised end, typical of a chopper. In addition, we have replaced the normal carburetor with an FCR carburetor that drastically changes the intake.

We added a sissy bar kit that is convenient for carrying a lot of luggage for shopping in the city, touring, camping, etc. This greatly expands the range of motorcycle play compared to vehicles that are difficult to load.

We have improved the footing by lowering the rear shock and changing it to a silhouette typical of a chopper.

The rear fender has been changed to a slightly shorter one. (It also looks good with a normal fender)

This vehicle has a tool bag added to the lower front side of the frame, and it is loaded with onboard tools selected by the 2%ER representative and staff who have run through numerous long tours.

Custom List

FrontHandlebars, F forks, headlights, etc.

●The long fork defines the Chopper-like style. It greatly improves straight-line stability, making it easier to drive on bypasses and highways. An extension plate is added to the side stand that leans too much due to the fork extension. This is the only part of the vehicle that is not bolt-on (currently developing a long side stand that is bolt-on).

The handle and its surroundings are all made up of bolt/coupler-on parts, significantly reducing the effort while keeping the classic clean handle area.

● With a sheet that has a good firmness and thickness, and a step that can distribute the weight of the lower body, it is set to a position that is not easily tired even on long tours. The muffler is a long drag pipe and the carburetor has been changed to FCR. All are bolt-on parts.

The gasoline tank and side cover are painted original. I asked BACON, which is flooded with orders from all over the world.


Seat
