2%ER has been invited as an international guest/judge since the first event in 2016, and it is enthusiastically held in Bangkok, Thailand.

『BANGKOK HOTROD CUSTOMSHOW』

To exhibit at the Bangkok Hotrod Custom Show 2024, we put a lot of effort into production and shipped it by sea.

『№313 SR400sly 1M』. We received news a week before the show that this vehicle would not make it due to a sudden container issue,

(Considering the move to Thailand and the day-before exhibition preparation, 3.5 days remaining)

We urgently prepared a complete set of original bolt-on parts domestically in 2 days and hand-carried them by plane,

Based on the genuine frame and engine provided by our friends in Thailand, we assembled it in 1.5 days at their garage in Bangkok,

and exhibited the vehicle at the BANGKOK HOTROD CUSTOM SHOW / SR PANIC THAILAND by driving it to the venue.

We also participated in the international guest touring the day after the show, successfully covering a round trip of 150km.

【Style】

A B-grade chopper assembled entirely with original bolt-on parts, emphasizing the 2%ER style and utilizing the normal frame.

With a long fork for outstanding stability, extremely comfortable handle and step positions, and a well-cushioned seat,

the exterior finished with aging paint by ‘BACON’, a sissy bar for luggage,

and an FCR carburetor that dramatically changes the ride, it was finished with our standard chopper menu for SR400/500.

The gas tank paint depicts the Ayutthaya ruins, the destination of the international guests’ tour. (This paint was also finished in 2 days)

■ About vehicle inspection

. Add side mirrors

. Muffler core stuffing or replacement

. Add reflectors around the tail lamp

. Add tandem step/belt (when registered for two-person riding)

With the above work, you can clear the vehicle inspection.

●The front fork, which has a total length of 35cm with a 20cm long inner tube and a 15cm fork joint, is equipped with small-diameter tires for easy handling.
