The B-class chopper style proposed by 2%ER.
This is an SR we made for customers who are tired of heavy Harleys.

This vehicle is based on the “Original Complete SR” which has replaced the normal front and rear fenders, with a one-off muffler added,

and a mid-high step kit added.

In addition to a position that doesn’t tire you out, it’s the perfect style for everything from city riding to long touring with luggage, thanks to an easy-to-handle handlebar despite the long fork, a seat with good cushioning, and a properly functioning low-down suspension.

【Seat】

◯ This is a seat that is very comfortable and less tiring for long rides, thanks to the traditional chopper design, high-quality urethane sink-in, and backrest that distributes weight. It also serves as a stopper during acceleration, significantly reducing the strain on your arms.

【Gasoline Tank Installation】

◯Simple welding is required, but it is securely fixed with a four-point rubber mount.

“Sportster Tank”

“Welding nut non-through M8 2p”

〇Drill a hole in the gasoline tank body and insert and weld. It’s non-penetrating, so it won’t leak. Used on both sides.

“Weld tab M size 4.5mm thickness 2p”

〇Enlarge the hole diameter and change to a rubber mount specification to hold the non-penetrating nut. Used on both sides.

“Weld tab L size 4.5mm thick steel 2p”

〇Used for the rear installation of the gas tank. This also enlarges the hole diameter and uses it as a rubber mount.

【Engine Area】

“Breather filter SR400/500”

〇A filter kit needed when removing the original air cleaner.

【Drive System】

RearFenders, rear shocks, swingarms, etc.

【Rear Shock】

“280mm G-Suspension/Chrome”

〇A rear shock that lowers by about 4cm. It moves well among low-down suspensions. (Removal of the original chain case is necessary)
