Received an order for a narrow chopper from Niigata Prefecture. Built with many options such as F19 inch mini drum, narrow triple tree, FCR carburetor, mid-high step, sissy bar, etc., based on “STD Hardtail Complete“. The aged ribbon paint of the old school design was requested to “BACON“.
〇The ultra-small micro blinker is installed on the front side of the lower engine mount.
【Speedometer】
“VELONA 48φ Electric Speedometer”
〇Small electric meter
“48φ Mini Meter Fork Mount Stay”
〇A meter stay that can be freely set in height and direction when attached to the front fork.
●The small electric meter is mounted on the rear left of the front fork because the meter gear was lost due to the wheel change. The rotation of the magnet set on the mini drum wheel is picked up and the speedometer is activated.
CenterTank, oil tank, seat, step, muffler etc.
●The gasoline tank, which has been narrowed from the normal, is safely mounted on three points with rubber. The frame under the seat is rebuilt to match the angle of the “Hardtail Kit” at the rear, considering strength, precision, durability, and maintainability, by cutting the original part and using thick steel pipes.
〇A narrow solo/pillion pad with a flat base. Despite being made of vinyl leather, it’s a seat with a good atmosphere. The spring input position and angle settings, as well as the pillion pad mounting position, are unique to 2%ER and are set to minimize fatigue.
〇All electrical components except the CDI are consolidated at the rear of the engine crankcase. It is easily accessible from either side of the vehicle and has good maintainability. There is no need to reassemble even if you return to the swing arm specification during vehicle inspection.
〇A wide-range turn signal relay that can handle 1-150 watts and can be used without difficulty even with LED turn signals. It can also be used as a repro for the original relay.
〇As the name suggests, it’s a hardtail kit that can be attached and detached with bolts/nuts. It remodels the seat rail of the original frame to make it a rigid line. You can revert to the swing arm/rear shock specification when you go for vehicle inspection or when you want to change the style.
