This is an additional customization for a client for whom we previously created “No.155 SR400“. We changed the style from a normal frame/separate handle chop cafe to a hardtail/Flanders type handle, making it look like a cross between a bobber and an old racer. We used the available parts as they were, and customized them to have a more vintage-like silhouette.

The overall worn-out aging treatment is a work by “BACON”.

FrontHandlebars, F forks, headlights, etc.

●The new TT type handlebar is installed with a dog bone riser and a one-off riser base around the handle, and it is finished in a vintage look like an old racer with a fork outer spring kit and a newly released stabilizer.

【Front Fork】

〇Assists the sinking of the fork that is too soft with a classical external spring kit.

〇A stabilizer that was installed in dirt and grass races in the 60s and 70s is reprinted with a dedicated design.

●We have modified the under-seat frame to match the “Rigid Line” bolt-on hardtail kit at the rear, which is longer than usual normal processed gas tank. We have installed a one-off electrical box under that seat.

【Muffler】

【Carburetor】

●The rear area has been transformed into a hardtail by removing the rear shock and swingarm. A replica fender of the Shovel Sportster was inserted and mounted with a molded fender brace.

【Hardtail】

『“Rigid Line” Bolt-On Hardtail Kit』(13cm long, made-to-order)

〇As the name suggests, it’s a hardtail kit that can be attached and detached with bolts/nuts. It remodels the seat rail of the original frame to make it a rigid line. You can revert to a swing arm/rear shock specification when you change the style or during vehicle inspection.
