This is an SR customized to embody the chopper style of the 70s.

The order was “leave it to us”. It was created to suit the owner’s style, physique, personality, and atmosphere.

The suspension mounts are like those of a custom frame from that time, and the width has been narrowed to give it a slim look.

The swing arm has also been modified, and the rigid suspension has been moved inward.

As a result, the muffler can also be moved just inside the body,

creating a sharp and narrow chopper that is not possible with a regular custom SR.

Narrow springer conversion and custom paint were not within budget, so the exterior is finished in chrome for now.

【Seat】

◯Bates style seat. It is made thinner than a regular solo saddle. By mounting the spring at a position that matches the owner’s height and limb length, it can be ridden much more comfortably than a chopper with a suspension that is made without thinking.

【Seat Rail】

◯The seat rail is made with drop forging. It is made in a plate-shaped suspension receiver style. It has the atmosphere of that time.

【Electrical Equipment】

◯ The electrical equipment box has a polyhedral oil tank-like design. It is easy to maintain because it opens and closes. The ignition key and switches are concentrated on the left side.

〇 A wide-range blinker relay that can be used without difficulty even with LED blinkers. It supports 1 to 150 watts and can also be used as a replacement for the original relay.

『Battery Lesser』

〇 This is a battery-less kit that is made entirely in Japan.

【Gasoline Tank Installation】

◯ A one-off coffin tank made from a single sheet of iron. As it is a completely one-off production, the length, installation position and angle, and overlap with the frame are in the best positions.

〇 Drill a hole in the gasoline tank body and weld it in. It’s non-penetrating, so it won’t leak. Used on both sides.

〇 Enlarge the hole diameter and change to a rubber mount specification to hold the non-penetrating nut. Used on both sides.

• Unlike the thick-framed Harley designed to dampen vibrations, the thin-framed SR is designed to channel vibrations to the tip. If you build things without thinking, the rear fender and sissy bar often crack, and parts often break.

【Rear Shock】

◯ Instead of the usual round bar, a rigid suspension was custom-made by twisting a flat bar with a rectangular cross-section. By modifying the swing arm, the suspension mounting position is moved inward, narrowing the entire vehicle body.

◯ The swing arm is extended by 7cm. This is a must-have for the chopper style. By creating a long wheelbase, the 70s custom style comes together nicely.
