A hardtail complete with a beautiful triangular silhouette like a rigid frame.
By eliminating the rear shock and using the “Rigid Line Bolt-On Hardtail” and the rigid line processing of the seat rail, you can create a deeper vintage style such as choppers, bobbers, trackers, etc.
This is an extremely simple frame that greatly expands the range of SR customizations.
The rear section of the “Rigid Line Bolt-On Hardtail” can be attached and detached with bolts and nuts as the name suggests. It can be easily changed to a swing arm/rear shock specification, so you can pass the vehicle inspection without any problems.
Just like “#7 BOBBER/COMPACT CHOPPER Complete“, you can select the exterior such as tank, fender, muffler, headlight, turn signal, etc. so you can create “your own one-of-a-kind vehicle”. (There may be additional charges)

The handle is a one-off T-bar.

〇”Chrome British Car Type Clutch Lever“, and mini switches are used to clean up around the handle.
This vehicle is even cleaner with the main key relocation.
A new lock has been installed with 〇”Handle Lock Weld On Kit“.
〇”Mechanical Speedometer 60mm Black Panel 1:4” is placed in a visible but unobtrusive position on the left front of the tank.
The classic 〇”LOADSTAR TIRE 4.00-18” tire. (You can select each part)

The selected exterior for this vehicle is the Narrow Sportster Tank.

The area under the seat is processed into a rigid line to match the bolt-on hardtail.
From the horizontal frame, a beautiful triangular frame is created, which is unique to the rigid “pocket”.
The muffler is 〇 “Semi-up Drag Pipe Muffler Slip-on SR400/500“. It was designed to suit choppers/bobbers.
The solo saddle seat is spring-mounted.
Although it is a hardtail complete with a direct ride, the angle of the seat and the use of seat springs make it surprisingly comfortable to ride.
RearFenders, rear shocks, swingarms, etc.
This defines the frame line, the 〇 “Rigid Line Bolt-On Hardtail Kit SR400/500“.
We made it as simple as possible within the condition of “easy conversion to swing arm” that can cope with vehicle inspection. With this kit, the wheelbase will be 5cm longer (you can choose 13cm or 18cm).
The fender is a flat fender. We mounted it with a simple one-off stay.
(You can also select other rib fenders and cycle fenders)
We recommend the Lucas Tail or Spart Tail as the selectable tail lamp.
The rear tire, 〇 “LOADSTAR TIRE 4.50-18“, is a classic.
