Long touring, city riding, night running… SR, loved by the 2%ER owner who loves to ride SR.
Having worked for a long-established SR shop for many years, I have produced custom designs of the times in order, such as cafe racers, dirt trackers, chop cafes, hot rods, choppers, bobbers, and streets,
I created it with the theme of a style that has never been before, an SR that can be ridden easily in a position that does not tire.
With the B-class chopper that the hippies and outlaws of the 70s were riding as a model, I took advantage of the unique size of the SR, did not take too much balance, and built it roughly and coolly.
It was also used as a test ride vehicle for customers who visited the store, and I received orders as it was due to its ease of riding beyond imagination, and produced a custom car, which produced a large number of derivative models.
I also tested the durability of many “original parts” with this vehicle, and rode a lot because it was really easy to ride for 40,000 kilometers in 3 years.

◯The width and angle of the rise, the droop, the degree of narrowing, etc., are all perfectly reproduced while maintaining the exquisite shape that gives off the atmosphere of the choppers of the time.
◯Mirrors, switches, and throttles also used deadstock items. A ball-end lever was processed and attached to the Harley lever holder.

A decompression lever directly attached to the engine to simplify the area around the handle. A spike nut has been added. (The one on the vehicle is an old model)

〇This step kit is indispensable for 2%ER’s custom, which makes the riding posture cool and the position extremely less tiring. The step bar has been changed to an Anderson replica.
【Seat】
◯The seat is a deadstock made by the Chicago company. It is cut to length to match the SR. This is the seat that became the model for the “Old School Double Seat”. ↓
〇This is a standard seat for 2%ER’s normal frame custom, with features such as a button-down that is difficult to express in mass-produced items, and a design that looks stylish despite the thick urethane.
【Carburetor】
“FCR carburetor 39φ SR400/500 single unit“
〇The slow SR’s performance will drastically change. It’s a high-performance carburetor that starts well and accelerates sharply and smoothly.

【Gasoline Tank Installation】
◯ The gasoline tank is a vintage old coffin. The bottom plate is processed and mounted with four rubber points.

〇 Drill a hole in the gasoline tank body and weld it in. It’s non-penetrating, so it won’t leak. Used on both sides.

〇 Enlarge the hole diameter and change to a rubber mount specification to hold the non-penetrating nut. Used on both sides.
