The full rigid frame and narrow springer fork, which are a new challenge for 2%ER, were made one-off under the guidance of a senior with know-how.
We combined an 18-inch spool hub wheel with a narrow springer fork with a neck angle of 53° and a total length of 1190mm (42cm longer than the standard SR),
We set the handling to a light and safe weight that even a girl can ride without difficulty, with a neutral lightness that is no different from the standard, which is unimaginable from this appearance.
The thinness like a dragonfly is also a feature of this vehicle.
The overall styling is not from DENVERS CHOPPERS, which is considered the originator of this style,
Instead, the 2%ER shop owner spent his youth in the 10s and saw the real choppers of his friends around Nagoya, especially the custom shop in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture, which he has always admired,
We were allowed to produce it with the long fork chopper style of the low long style that was produced in large numbers at the time by “M.C PECKERS“.
The gas tank is integrated with the narrow Mustang by molding, and the rear fender is set in a good balance position
We installed an engine that has been finished with big fin processing, chrome plating, and cerakote while overhauling the inside.
We made all the forward controls, oil tanks, mufflers, etc. one-off.
There is no front brake, but the rear is equipped with a double Brembo caliper on a disc brake kit with a normal hub modification.
We operate one caliper each with a hand brake and a foot brake through the brake master located at the rear of the engine.
This brake system results in an extremely simple silhouette typical of a chopper without a front brake.
