This is an SR Chopper typical of 2%ER, finished in a short production period of one month due to a sudden offer from this Bangkok Hot Rod Show in 2024 to “display a new custom bike”.

It was good timing, so it became a project for a show model that the 2%ER representative can go on long tours in Southeast Asia, which is full of rough roads, mainly in Thailand.

Due to the short production period, it was made with all our original bolt-on parts, including a few new ones. (All can be purchased at our web store)

Only the gas tank is finished with bond work by welding the original bolt-on kit to the frame.

With the custom style of a chopper with rear shocks in the Nor-CAL area of Northern California in the late 70s as a model,

We placed original parts resized with the 2%ER sense of balance to suit the size of the SR400 in various parts.

Of course, we are making it with a focus on ease of riding and durability, which is our vehicle production manner.

Welding Method for Gasoline Tank/Main Frame

We weld the cold gasoline tank and the hot oil tank, especially the tank and frame of the SR400/500, which are prone to cracking at different temperatures, using our unique method. Please click on the image.


The bond work of the gasoline tank and frame is by an old acquaintance from our independent pre-apprenticeship days in Kyoto, “P.H.K“,

The paintwork was done by a world-renowned patina painter who partners with 2%ER, and is also a friend from when we started riding bikes, “BACON“.


This vehicle will be exhibited at the BANGKOK HOTROD CUSTOM SHOW2024, and after the after-touring with guests from around the world, it will be left in Bangkok as it is.

In the future, not only in Thailand, but also in Malaysia and Singapore, which are connected by land, it will be used for self-driving exhibitions at large-scale custom shows such as “WICKED WALLOP” and “ART OF SPEED“, which are held annually and where we are also invited as guests/judges, and for touring overseas using long vacations.
