This is a hardtail chopper with 19-inch front and rear wheels that we produced, bringing in the vehicle from Shikoku. The front end uses a mini drum brake, repurposed from a small-displacement vehicle, on a narrow triple tree, resulting in a skinny silhouette. We installed the owner’s specified handlebars, exterior, muffler, etc., in a well-balanced manner, and despite the rigid frame without rear shocks, we made it easy to ride according to the physique.

The subtle aging paint on the one-off production coffin tank and rear fender is by “BACON“, who teamed up with 2%ER.

FrontHandlebars, F forks, headlights, etc.

●The front area is finished tightly with a one-off handle made in the design specified by the owner, and a super narrow triple tree. The setup includes a 19-inch wheel powder-coated in white and a mini drum brake repurposed from a small-displacement Honda vehicle, with custom-made spokes. The brake cable has been modified on the panel side so that it can be used as is for the SR.

The headlight is a vintage GUIDE mounted with a one-off stay, and the meter is operated by picking up pulses from a magnet embedded in the front wheel.

In line with the 13cm long hardtail kit at the rear, the overall balance was adjusted with a 5cm fork joint.

〇The ultra-small micro blinker is installed on the front side of the lower engine mount.

●This also includes a coffin tank and bucket-type solo seat made to the owner’s specifications, combined with a right-up shotgun muffler. The coffin tank is not a vintage one, but one that has been resized from a single sheet of iron to fit the SR’s frame and made as a one-off, fixed with a simple mounting stay that is hard to see, as a measure against cracks caused by vibration.

The frame under the seat is processed to match the rear hardtail kit, and the electrical box is equipped not only with an ignition key but also with turn signals, headlights, and a horn switch.

●The 13cm long hardtail kit is upgraded to 19 inches with custom spokes, just like the front. The rear fender is a standard 5-inch rib fender. Effective reinforcements are added to the back, making it a 6-point mount including the new fender stay plate.
