This was an order brought in by a beautician from Osaka. The condition was quite bad, with the front and rear brakes, front forks, and other parts of the body rattling, and the engine making a loud noise. We overhauled almost everything, refreshed all the negative parts to start the customization for a fun ride. We set a 13cm long hardtail kit and the owner’s favorite 2% ER original exterior parts well balanced in each part. This is a custom that greatly enhances the fun of riding with a mid-high jockey shift that makes it easy to ride the bike while operating it, and the fun of running with the carburetor’s FCR conversion.
●The front area has become much easier to ride than when it was brought in, thanks to the replacement of the neck bearing, the overhaul of the fork, the overhaul of the brakes, and the tuning of the touring. The large headlight has a large capacity to hold many harnesses, the handlebar is in a loose position, and the controls are finished in a clean 2%ER standard. The jockey shift has eliminated the clutch lever, making it even simpler.

● The engine, which was rattling with a loud abnormal noise, has been overhauled above the crankcase and refreshed. The narrow Sportster tank, which was rigid-mounted when it arrived, has had its mounting position changed and has been converted to rubber mounting. The intake and exhaust have been changed to an FCR carburetor, which doubles the fun of the SR, and a semi-up muffler with a slip-on attachment. The seat has been made comfortable to ride, almost unrecognizable as a rigid frame without rear shocks, with changes to the front seat mounting angle and spring rate ratio, setting the pillion pad mounting position, and a mid-high position that allows for weight distribution and effective bracing.
〇The jockey shift kit, which is particular about the touch and stroke operation feeling, while maintaining the comfortable riding posture of the mid-high step.
〇A genuine leather solo saddle seat with a balance of price, looks, and comfort. It is installed with a soft ride that is hard to bottom out by changing the mounting angle and spring input position.
〇Installed not for tandem but at a position that becomes a stopper for the upper body weight during acceleration. Long-distance driving becomes significantly easier.
〇All electrical components except the CDI are consolidated at the rear of the engine crankcase. It is easily accessible from either side of the vehicle and has good maintainability. There is no need to reassemble even if you return to the swing arm specification during vehicle inspection.
〇A wide-range turn signal relay that can be used without any problem with LED turn signals. It supports 1 to 150 watts and can also be used as a replacement for the original relay.
●The rear area, including the brakes and hub clutch, was thoroughly serviced before delivery. It’s finished with the classic flat fender, sparto tail, and a one-off sissy bar specified by the owner.
〇As the name suggests, this is a detachable hardtail kit using bolts/nuts. It remodels the seat rail of the original frame to make it a rigid line. You can revert to a swing arm/rear shock specification when you need to change the style or for vehicle inspection.
