#258 SR400Custom Report
This is a custom made with a normal frame ordered from Nagoya, with only additional and replacement bolt-on parts, without spending too much budget. The number of customizations is not that many, but it is a custom finished only with parts replacement to standard, popular parts in 2%ER, without any major frame processing, and it significantly improves the atmosphere, ride comfort, and styling with a not too large budget.
The overall styling is a B-class chopper style that can easily handle everything from city riding to long touring.
We have incorporated the initial type narrow chrome gas tank made by Y’s Gear, and new products such as “Semi-Narrow Pullback Handle” and “Drilled mid-high step kit for SR400/500 Chrome“.

●We finished it off in a chopper-like style with only light part replacements, such as the classic seat and muffler, and the new drilled mid-high step kit on Y’s Gear’s narrow plated tank.
【Muffler】
〇Easy installation with slip-on to the original exhaust pipe. It’s an up-muffler typical of a chopper.
【Step】
“Drilled” Mid-High Step Kit/Chrome
〇The mid-high step, which is indispensable for 2%ER’s custom, offers a cool riding posture and outstanding comfort. This is the drilled plate version.
【Seat】
〇It’s a standard seat for 2%ER’s normal frame custom, with features like a button-down that’s hard to express in mass-produced items, and a design that looks stylish despite the thick urethane.
【Electrical Equipment】
〇A simple electrical plate that makes it easy to organize harnesses and electrical components. (We did not use it this time, but we usually use this plate)
“IC blinker relay wide range specification“
〇A wide-range blinker relay that can handle 1-150 watts without any problem, even for LED blinkers. It can also be used as a replacement for the original relay.
〇This is a battery-less kit that we manufacture in Japan.
