#204-Ⅱ SR400Custom Report
The previously created “Custom Gallery No. 204 SR400” was further customized to suit the new owner’s preferences, while retaining the original silhouette, when the owner changed.
The changes include replacing the triple tree to tilt and further extend the fork, the carburetor, jockey shift, muffler, and sissy bar, among others.
(Before additional customization)
The front fork is extended to 37.5cm long with the longest 20cm long inner tube and 17.5cm joint as of 2024,
A 2° rake triple tree that improves the chopper-like look and handling,
An FCR carburetor that makes the engine easy to handle and fun to accelerate throughout,
A jockey shift that doubles the feeling of controlling the bike with a clean handle area and foot clutch/hand shift operation,
A one-off 1in2 muffler that gives a more chopper-like look,
And a one-off bayonet design sissy bar.
With the longest 37.5cm long fork, a single cheek bar is not enough for the 21-inch wheel, which is more burdensome than the usual 18-inch wheel,
In addition, a front fork stabilizer is added to suppress the twisting around the front.
(*At 2%ER, we usually do not recommend changing to large diameter wheels when extending the fork, as it makes the handling extremely heavy.)

●A chopper-like look with a 37.5cm long front fork bent twice in a triple tree and a square-eyed two-light front area.
The point is also the handle area, which is even more neat than usual, due to the elimination of the clutch lever by the jockey shift.
