#170 SHADOW750Custom Report
This is a vehicle that was created upon receiving an order from an owner who has been riding the Shadow 400 for 12 years, saying, “I want to ride comfortably in a form I am fond of, rather than easily choosing a trendy Harley.”
We prepared a good condition Shadow 750 as a new base, and in addition to transplanting the modifications that have been slowly and steadily made over the past 12 years, we added further customizations at the time of this replacement.
Since there are few dedicated parts for this vehicle, we listen carefully to the owner’s requests and finish it while balancing the overall balance by processing and reusing parts from other vehicles and making one-off productions.
The gasoline tank is a coffin tank that was made one-off by creating a mold according to the pattern that the owner himself cut out.
We finished it with a large custom that does not compromise the ease of riding, such as an ape bar that fits the owner’s physique over 180 cm tall.
The tasteful aging paint is by 〇 “BACON“.
They finished it with a used atmosphere using a special technique.
In the third running video, a special structure 〇 “Low Pass Baffle” that suppresses the high range is built into the one-off drag pipe muffler.
It may be hard to tell in the video, but it has a deep bass that is unlike a domestic American.

First, a base plate was made, and a one-off coffin tank was created exactly as the owner’s ideal shape cut out from the pattern paper.
At the timing of this replacement, it was divided and aged painted by 〇 “BACON“.
The result was a more unique finish.
Based on the owner’s wish who was worried that “there is no ideal shape in commercial products”
A one-off drag pipe was made with a design to hide the silly gap under the swing arm.
In the inner part, a 〇 “low-pass baffle” that suppresses high tones and increases power is installed.
