” Cafe Racer x CAL Look ” ” Aluminum Exterior ”
This is a custom SR500 ordered with these two themes.
Based on the classic cafe style, new aluminum exterior parts (BSA type tank, full cowl, seat, etc.) were
painted solidly like the owner-specified CAL look Beetle,
and we also produced it with specified accents such as Cadillac tail.
Using new cafe style parts launched to match this vehicle’s order,
the owner of the manufacturing business brought in his own work for the muffler, and we attached and assembled it.

FrontHandlebars, F forks, headlights, etc.
• The “Aluminum Full Cowl” that serves as the face of this bike. We’ve added a cowl turn signal and a removable plate for oil element replacement. The fork bottom case, wheel hub, and the inner part of the Sunstar brake disc have been powder coated in white to match the image of the vehicle.
【Front Wheel】
◯The front wheel is a 19-inch Excel H-type, and the tire is “FIRESTONE 4.00-19”.
【Front Fender】
◯ The one-off front fender, including the fender body and stay part, is made entirely of stainless steel.

【Muffler】
◯The silencer is a homemade product by the owner who works at the factory, a stainless short megaphone muffler. Only the insertion part and the mounting stay were made with 2%ER.

【Step】
“Semi-up Backstep/Chrome”
◯The step is also a product that was launched to match this vehicle. “Semi-up Backstep/Chrome”. It is a chrome-plated steel step that is about 10 millimeters back and 15 millimeters up from the original backstep. (Banner in production)

〇A wide-range turn signal relay that can handle 1-150 watts without any problem, even with LED turn signals. It can also be used as a replacement for the original relay.

〇The main key, which is originally attached to the top bridge, can be easily operated even while riding, and is installed on the lower right of the seat.
