About 10 years ago, we created a compact bobber style that utilized the rear shock, under a different store name, based on the SR400.

We added a sissy bar to comply with the number plate law revision.

With the addition of a sissy bar that can carry luggage to a small and easy-to-handle style, this chopper can handle not only city riding and highways, but also long touring.

The engine of the lightweight body is quite fast with a 500 crank built in and an FCR carburetor.

This is a custom SR that was assembled with ingenuity in an era when there were not as many bolt-on parts as there are now.

Custom List

FrontHandlebars, F forks, headlights, etc.

Front Fork

◯In order to create a sense of density, the front fork has been lowered by 5cm.


Front Wheel

◯The wheel is a combination of an old 19-inch disc, deadstock tires from Million, and a Grimeca caliper and master.


Front Fender

◯The front fender is a resized version of the original.

We currently have this fender↓

Headlight/Handle

◯The face area is designed with a Harley TIN cover, which has been narrowed to match the size of the SR, and a square light attached vertically.

◯The handle was custom-made with a layout similar to Old Flanders.

The controls such as throttle and switches are miniaturized for a clean and simple look.

A decompression lever directly attached to the engine to simplify the handle area. (The one on the vehicle is an old model)

〇Mounted on the left front side of the gasoline tank, where it is inconspicuous and highly visible.


CenterTank, oil tank, seat, step, muffler etc.

• The gas tank is a cherished deadstock Wassell Peanut. I asked “POTSDESIGN ” for the speedy and classical lettering. Within this style, I have produced many compact bobbers with this specification, using a method that combines the comfort of the rear shock, lowering, and improved styling.


Step

◯The steps of the drilled design, and things like the kick pedal and seat, are all one-off productions.


Carburetor

FCR carburetor 39φ SR400/500 single unit

〇The slow SR’s performance will drastically change. It’s a high-performance carburetor that offers sharp and smooth acceleration and good startability.

〇It’s a dedicated adapter to firmly fix the FCR carburetor to the SR400/500.

Net funnel set for FCR carburetor

〇It’s a set of a stainless steel debris net and an aluminum funnel, which is a change from the red plastic funnel.


Electrical Equipment

Battery Lesser

〇This is a battery-less kit made entirely in Japan.

IC blinker relay wide range specification

〇A wide-range turn signal relay that can handle 1-150 watts without any problem, even with LED turn signals. It can also be used as a replacement for the original relay.


Engine Area

Breather filter SR400/500

〇This is a filter kit needed when removing the original air cleaner.


Drive System

Front sprocket SR400/500 428-19

〇A durable replacement sprocket made of steel.

    Rear Wheel

    ◯ The rear wheel is a 16-inch conversion using the XS650 rim.

    〇 It’s a kit that gives a powerful look, the same size as a typical Harley.


    Rear Shock

    ◯ The rear shock is a modified and reused one for Daytona’s Magna 250.

    “280mm G-Suspension/Chrome”

    〇A rear shock that is about 4cm down. It moves well among the low-down suspensions. (Removal of the original chain case is necessary)


    Rear Fender

    ◯The rear fender is also repurposed from the original XS650, but has been narrowed down.


    Sissy Bar

    ◯The Sissy Bar is extremely convenient for loading luggage. It’s challenging to ensure design and durability when adding to the compact chopper style with a short rear fender, but we’ve strived to make it user-friendly and well-balanced.


    Tail Lamp

    ◯The tail is round Ford.
