This is an SR that has been meticulously crafted to the point where there is no room for further improvement.
At 2%ER, we were in charge of the exterior, handle, seat, step, frame processing, and other positioning.
Although it’s a custom that can’t be categorized, it’s a style that elegantly blends neo-cafe and street, with a well-balanced overall silhouette that won’t overlap with others. It suits the elegant owner very well.
Each part is a custom SR handled by top SR shops such as Green Tea, Motor Lock, Moto Stylo, Chuck Box, Boa Ace, etc., each in charge of their respective specialties.
The engine is incredibly fast with a 595cc billet cylinder from Tressel and an FCR carburetor.

【Handle/Handle Area】
◯The front area is assembled with high-quality, top-tier parts such as brakes, meters, switches, etc.
“Harley Type Replica Riser 2inch SR400/500“
◯At 2%ER, we created a stainless one-off handle bent by hand in front of the owner, and assembled it by modifying the original handle post.
◯The grips are modified from NICE Motorcycle’s Harley parts, and each lever is sharply cut and finished with buff polishing.
【Front Blinker】
◯The blinker stay is a one-off production in stainless steel. It’s mounted in a popular position for street style.

【Step】
Mid-High Step Kit Chrome for SR400/500
〇This step kit is essential for 2%ER’s custom, which makes your riding posture cool and significantly reduces fatigue. (Special order black plating, peg change)
【Seat】
◯The backrest of the seat with a cowl acts as a stopper during acceleration, and the seating area is also expanded, making it comfortable. We added a stainless steel ornament that also serves as a mounting bracket to the seat cowl, which was made based on the image sent by the owner, to give it a touch of elegance.
【Seat Rail】
◯Seat rail drop processing. By lowering the seat rail, you can achieve the same effect as changing the handle to an up handle. You can ride in a very comfortable position along with the mid-high step.
【Electrical Equipment】
◯The electrical components are gathered in a less noticeable area under the seat, and a helmet holder is also installed.
〇This is a battery-less kit made entirely in Japan.
“IC blinker relay wide range specification“
〇A wide-range turn signal relay that can be used without any problems with LED turn signals. It supports 1-150 watts and can also be used as a replacement for the original relay.

〇The main key, which was originally on the top bridge, is now easy to operate even while riding, as it is welded to the lower left of the seat.

【Rear Wheel】
“SR400/500 XS250 Wheel Conversion Kit“
◯The rear wheel is reused from the XS250. The conversion kit is used for installation without any modifications. The swing arm is made by Motor Lock.
【Rear Shock】
◯The rear shock is a modified Ohlins for BUELL. The spring was gun-coated in gunmetal and assembled.
【Tail Lamp】
◯Used the tail lamp from NICE Motorcycle. It was side-mounted with a bracket made from stainless steel pipe.
