#123 SR500Custom Report
The SR custom in a flat/dirt tracker style is based on the ” STD Hardtail ” from the Complete Line, with 19-inch front and rear wheels, a 500cc engine, an FCR carburetor, and other additional options.
While maintaining gaps like a racer in each part, it was made as slim as possible, such as passing the muffler inside the frame, in a simple and smart way.
Since 2%ER seems to have a strong image of a chopper, I made my own SR in a vintage old racer style with a touch of trendy taste.
Each part has been lightened to allow for nimble movement, and it has been fine-tuned without spoiling the durability with a heavy crank and FCR carburetor, which are only adopted for the initial 500cc SR. It’s fast.
A light ” aging process ” has been applied to the entire vehicle body to a degree that does not get boring.
Although it is a frame with a beautiful rigid look, the rear section is a bolt-on specification hardtail, so it can easily pass the vehicle inspection if it is replaced with a swing arm.

【Front Wheel】
“Front 19 Inch Kit SR400/500 for Drum“
◯We have set up good handling with a 3.25 size tire on a 19-inch front wheel. The wheel hub has a racer-like look with sandblasted finish on the inside and drilled processing on the hub ear part.

◯Considering slippage, the handle is normal. It was installed after aging processing. The top bridge is diverted from XS650 and the handle is mounted a little lower. It balances the overall balance of the vehicle.

〇As the name suggests, it is a detachable hardtail kit using bolts/nuts. It remodels the seat rail of the original frame to make it a rigid line. You can revert to the swing arm/rear shock specification when inspecting the vehicle or changing the style.
【Rear Wheel】
◯ The iron-plated rear 19-inch wheel is a feature of this slim custom. It was assembled with custom spokes. The tire is a block pattern K70, size 3.50-19. The wheel hub is sandblasted and the hub ears are drilled, just like the front.
【Rear Fender】
◯A custom-made stainless steel rear fender. We aimed for a light and agile racer image and created a large gap. The fender brace and tail lamp are also made of stainless steel, and we kept the construction simple just to maintain functionality. Since the SR has a lot of vibration, we have effectively reinforced the easily cracked underside of the fender and mounted it with six points.
