#120 SR400Custom Report
This is the SR400 KUSTOM I made for myself for the first time, projecting my feelings at the time around 2000, during my training days with the checkbox before becoming independent.
The overall silhouette is a cafe racer, but I incorporated elements of choppers and KUSTOM that I liked at the time, and created it in a mixture style that had never been seen before.
● Don’t imitate others
● Don’t become a bike you’ve seen somewhere
● Absolutely don’t overlap with others
● Pack in what you like and balance the whole
● Challenge yourself to new techniques for the first time
This is the SR400 that I assembled little by little during overtime and holidays with these themes in mind.
● A bike that is interesting even when looked at in detail
I also set this theme, and each mounting stay is made of stainless steel with a high design quality.
The twisted and pointed construction and selection of parts in each part are my feelings at the time. I packed a lot of things that others hadn’t done, such as coffin tanks, narrowing the width of seat rails, and square silencers.
