This is the SR500 from Custom Gallery 2, one of the earliest models created when 2%ER was first established.

No. 2 SR500

We incorporated the “Rigid Line Bolt-On Hardtail Kit SR400/500” into this vehicle, which initially had a rear shock,

and created it in a unique style in the SR custom scene, bringing it closer to the atmosphere and overall balance of a 1960s hill climber.

This custom work, which has been carefully finished to emphasize the mechanical feel of each part, is a handmade one-off production of recent production vehicles and parts.

In this additional custom work, we updated it with popular 2%ER menus that have become standard in recent years, such as the hardtail, mid-high jockey shift kit, and FCR carburetor.

● A 7-inch headlight for Springer, with a one-off riser base made for the handlebar area, combined with a Harley dog bone riser and a hand-bent Flanders style handlebar.

The controls are unified with Harley’s, creating an atmospheric front area.

● A split gas tank with an embedded meter is a one-off production without any putty molding.

We also made one-off productions such as hand-bent exhaust pipes and silencers so that you can feel the atmosphere of the time.

With a mid-high position step that is less tiring, and a carburetor is FCR. This is a setup that allows you to enjoy riding even in this style.

Electrical

〇 All electrical components other than CDI are consolidated at the rear of the engine crankcase. It is easy to maintain as it can be accessed with both hands from either the left or right side of the vehicle, and there is no need to reassemble even when returning to the swing arm specification at the time of vehicle inspection.

    ● As typical of hill climbers at the time, the rear area is a straight line from the stem to the rear axle. We have attached a detachable hardtail kit with a bolt-on.

    The rear fender is a processed 1950s replica that is attached in a floating manner, and a VL tail has been attached to the left fender brace.
