#174 SR400Custom Report
This is an SR400 cafe racer style finished with an aluminum exterior.
Without breaking the traditional 60’s style, we created a unique piece within the classic style, using the new “BSA type aluminum tank” and aluminum seat cowl (prototype) as elegant eye-catchers.
Of course, the frame is unmodified, and it’s a one-off item that doubles as a prototype for future development, using only original parts and products from the old haunt where I trained, CHUCK BOX.
The overall silhouette is based on a flat horizontal line with few bumps, and we finished it in a balanced manner while using small parts as accents.

◯The aluminum tank is a “BSA Gold Star Type”. The tank was made with a parallel balance so that the top of the tank does not drop too much below the stem.

◯Not only does it have a vintage look, but the pedal area is also wide, making it easy to kick start.
【Engine Area】
