After consulting with the owner who perfectly matches the atmosphere of this vehicle, we received approval for a long fork and front brake-less design, which we felt would suit them well. We created it in a 70s chopper style.
The front fork is an original JYRO style springer. Despite being a long fork, we have carefully designed everything to ensure a safe ride, including neutral handling calculated from the trail width, cushioning of the spring, wheel responsiveness in corners and curves, and easy replacement of wear-prone parts such as dry metal, shafts, bushes, and spring settings.
The bolt-on hardtail kit at the rear is a new design, even longer than the previous 5cm and 13cm, at 18cm long. We made it to fit the owner’s tough physique.
We made almost everything one-off, such as the coffin tank made from a single sheet of iron while imagining the scenes of yesteryear, and the muffler with added squeeze processing. This long fork chopper was made without relying on vintage parts, and it is equipped with the maximum running performance and safety that a 2%ER can have at this time.

The all-paint from the unique frame was done by “BACON“, and it was painted with a unique atmosphere as if it was painted randomly in California at the time.

Front Fork

We have thoughtfully selected the steel materials and designed everything for the JYRO style springer. It is about 40cm (15 inches) long compared to a normal fork. The pivot/bearing part of the rocker arm, which is crucial for movement, uses commercially available dry metal and thrust bearings, so even if it wears out, it can be easily replaced.

Speedometer

◯We have installed an electric speedometer in a conspicuous yet easy-to-see location on the front left of the gas tank. (The speed pulse is taken from the rear sprocket)

◯The gasoline tank is a coffin tank newly made from a single iron plate to prevent trouble. It is safely mounted with a three-point rubber mount.

Step

〇This step kit is essential for 2%ER’s custom, which makes your riding posture cool and significantly reduces fatigue.


Seat

◯The seat is a cobra type with the end part slightly raised. The ends are made of genuine leather, the center is velvet, and it is finished with cross-stitching on the button down.


Carburetor

FCR carburetor 39φ SR400/500 single unit

〇Your slow SR will drastically change. It’s a carburetor that’s easy to handle with sharp and smooth acceleration.

〇This is a set of an aluminum funnel replacing the red plastic one, and a stainless steel debris net.

Electrical Equipment

SR400/500 Custom Electrical Plate #2%er Original #SR400/500

All electrical components except for the CDI are consolidated at the rear of the engine crankcase. It is easily accessible from either side of the vehicle and has good maintainability. There is no need to reassemble even if you revert to the swing arm specification for vehicle inspection. Only the CDI is fixed on the back of the gusset plate under the seat.

    Hardtail

    〇As the name suggests, this is a detachable hardtail kit using bolts/nuts. It remodels the seat rail of the original frame to a rigid line. You can revert to a swing arm/rear shock specification when you change the style or during vehicle inspection.

    〇This is a kit that gives a powerful look with the same size as a typical Harley. We choose tires that are as low as possible and have a good atmosphere to install.

    ◯A flat fender is used for the rear fender. This time, we deliberately did not make a long sissy bar and set it low, and installed a box tail lamp on the back.
