This is a vehicle that we fully customized based on the SR400 brought in from Hyogo Prefecture.

We completed only the rear frame at the time of the previous delivery, and transformed it into the owner’s preferred style with this additional full customization.

The setup includes a Springer fork, a rigid frame, and a jockey shift, which are considered hard from the usual perspective,

We have incorporated the know-how of the “STD Hardtail Complete“, which we have produced more than 70 units in the past,

It is designed to be easy to ride without getting tired, and easy to ride.

The way the electrical system is organized in hard-to-see areas, the ease of attaching and detaching each one-off part,

The ease of diagnosing in case of an electrical trouble, the design of each part that can quickly supply parts in case of damage, the ease of passing vehicle inspection, etc., we have finished it as a specification that eliminates as much as possible the negative aspects unique to fully customized cars and allows you to enjoy it casually.

Front Fork

Wheel

◯The wheel is the popular “21 Inch Kit”. Both the hub and rim are black painted.


Headlight

◯The headlight is a “Mini Square Headlight” installed in pairs. It is mounted with a custom-made stainless steel headlight stay.


Handle, Around the Handle

Standard Ape bar handle 22.2mm (7/8″)

◯ During the meeting, we decided on a position that would not tire the owner even if they straddled it. The cable of the left handle switch (turn signal/horn) is processed to pass through the middle. Other switches (headlight HI/LO) are located at the front left of the gas tank.

Speedometer

We mounted it on the left front side of the gasoline tank where it’s less noticeable and has high visibility, and added a switch base by welding.


CenterTank, oil tank, seat, step, muffler etc.

• Significantly modified center/bodywork. The gas tank has been changed from Mustang to Narrow Sportster.

It is safely mounted in the best position to match the style with a three-point rubber mount.

We asked “JERK GARAGE” specified by the owner for the flame-style paint.


Seat

◯The seat has a wide seating area and is a modified bucket seat for Harley from the American company La Pera, which is not tiring even for those with heavier body weight. The mounting position is determined according to the owner’s riding position.


Step/Shift

“Mid-High Jockey Shift Kit/Parkarize”

〇The Jockey Shift Kit, which is particular about the touch and stroke operation feeling, while maintaining the comfortable riding posture of the Mid-High Step. It’s a popular product that allows for a comfortable ride and a cool riding position, even on long-distance rides where you can effectively brace and distribute your weight. It is installed with a slight offset to avoid the clutch shell that protrudes with a dry clutch.


Carburetor

〇Your slow SR will drastically change. It’s a carburetor that’s easy to handle with sharp and smooth acceleration.

〇This is a set of an aluminum funnel replacing the red plastic one, and a stainless steel trash prevention net.

〇This is a dedicated adapter to firmly fix the FCR carburetor to the SR400/500.


Engine Area

◯The engine is black painted. It has been changed to a dry clutch made by Araki Ef Machine as specified by the owner.

Muffler

Trumpet Muffler Long Bell

◯This is a semi-up sweep specification made with a convenient manufacturing kit for the root mouthpiece. The “Universal Trumpet Muffler Long Bell” is used at the end of the exhaust pipe.


Electrical

SR400/500 Custom Electrical Plate #2%er Original #SR400/500

〇All electrical components except the CDI are consolidated at the rear of the engine crankcase. It is easily accessible from either side of the vehicle and is easy to maintain. There is no need to reassemble even when returning to swing arm specifications for vehicle inspection.

◯The main harness has been replaced with our “Hardtail Main Harness Kit”, taking into account ease of diagnosis in case of electrical trouble, and less work when returning to swing arm/rear shock specifications for vehicle inspection, etc. It is organized in a position that is easy to maintain.

Battery Lesser

〇This is a battery-less kit that we manufacture entirely in Japan.

IC blinker relay wide range specification

〇A wide-range turn signal relay that can handle 1-150 watts and can be used without difficulty even with LED turn signals. It can also be used as a replacement for the original relay.

Custom Ignition Switch Weld On Kit General Purpose

〇Easy to operate even while riding, welded on the lower left of the seat.


  • RearFenders, rear shocks, swingarms, etc.

    • The rear area has been modified to the classic rigid frame line with a 13cm long hard tail kit.

    The sissy bar, which was made in front of the owner using a bayonet they brought in and attaching a typical flat fender, has no surface treatment on the raw iron. It will become rusty and rough over time.

    〇As the name suggests, this is a detachable hardtail kit using bolts/nuts. It remodels the seat rail of the original frame to make it rigid line. You can revert to swing arm/rear shock specification when you go for vehicle inspection or when you want to change the style.
