This was created in a style from the late 80s to mid 90s, which is both nostalgic and fresh, without overlapping with others, based on an order from Gifu Prefecture and a meeting with the owner.

Based on the overhauled 500 engine, we transformed it into a rigid frame with a 13cm long hardtail kit, and balancedly arranged 12-inch over springer forks, a Mustang tank, a one-off rear fender in Frisco style, and finished the overall silhouette in a style reminiscent of the time.

Even with this style, of course, the ease of riding and handling is always made in the manner of 2%ER. With a spacious one-off Z-bar, mid-high position steps, and a spring-mounted cobra seat, we have created it in a comfortable position with good cushioning, even though it is a rigid frame without rear shocks.

In addition, the original front drum brake is processed to float, and is designed to smoothly sink the fork when braking. We have created it at a high level in terms of ride comfort and running.

The paint was requested from P.H.K in Kyoto.

Custom List

FrontHandlebars, F forks, headlights, etc.

●The front fork is a modified and reused 12-inch over springer fork for Harley. The original drum brake is a safe installation that has been floating processed. Regular items are used for lights such as headlights and turn signals, and the slightly wide robot handle made one-off is made with dimensions in view of future productization.


Front Fork

“Springer Fork”

〇We have modified and reused a 12-inch over springer fork for Harley.

“Drum Brake Panel for 74 Springer”

〇A brake panel with floating processing to smoothly sink the front fork during braking. (This vehicle has been modified for a different springer)

“Welding Side Stand Extension Plate”

〇A plate to extend the side stand that leans too much when the fork is extended. Welding is required.


Tire

“SHINKO flute 3.00-18”

〇A street tire with a vertical groove design. It helps to lighten the handling that tends to become heavy when long forks are used. It is a small, rounded 3.00 size.


Handle/Handle Area

“Wide Z-Bar Handle”

〇A wide Z-bar that was custom-made. It was made in a standard shape that is not commercially available, with attention to width and droop angle. It is also a prototype for future regular parts.

Headlight

● The under-seat frame is cut from the original to match the hardtail kit of the rear section, and is rebuilt with thick steel pipes considering strength, precision, maintainability, and durability.

The exterior is composed of a Mustang tank that fits well with the customs of this era, a cushioned spring cobra seat, and classic drag pipes. The adoption of mid-high steps achieves both coolness and less fatigue. Considering durability, it is equipped with a 500cc engine that has been overhauled to the original specifications and an FCR carburetor, so you can also enjoy the ride.


Muffler

〇This is a full exhaust muffler with a torque cone that we developed in-house built into the mouthpiece. It is made at an angle that suits any style, such as a normal frame or hardtail.


Step/Shift

Carburetor

Gasoline Tank Installation

〇Drill a hole in the gasoline tank body and insert and weld. It’s non-penetrating, so it won’t leak. Used on the front side.

〇Enlarge the hole diameter and change to a rubber mount specification to hold the non-penetrating nut.

〇Used for rear gas tank installation. This also enlarges the hole diameter and uses it with a rubber mount.

    ●Set a 16-inch rear wheel around the rear, which has been changed to a straight line from the rear axle to the neck with a 13cm long hardtail. The fender was made in the 80’s style by processing a flat fender, and a removable sissy bar was made in an old school design.
