#338 SR500Custom Report

We received an order for a bolt-on chopper custom of SR500 from Tottori Prefecture.

We created a custom that has the atmosphere of a B-class chopper launched at that time, while taking advantage of the original goodness.

The newly designed sissy bar plate for the large owner is extended by about 7cm more than usual, making the vehicle look larger than usual.

(It is planned to be designed and released as a prototype.)

Except for the one-off production high-back seat that matches this long plate, it was finished with all original bolt-on parts.

.Carefully set the handle/seat/step position. The weight is distributed, each joint bends moderately, and the position setting is very hard to get tired even when running long distances.

.The rear shock is one of the low-down suspensions that moves well.

.SR becomes a fun run two sizes up with a sharp acceleration and power in all areas with the FCR carburetor. It is a high-performance carburetor with good startability.

.You can load a lot on the sissy bar and enjoy a wide range of shopping in the city and long touring with camping gear.

.By simplifying and eliminating unnecessary parts, it is easier to access various things without disassembling them in case of electrical trouble.

The headlight is an HS type with storage space in the body. It stores couplers and harnesses. We have minimized the troublesome harness processing.
