#271 SR400Custom Report
Based on a normal frame ordered from Niigata Prefecture, we assembled a B-class chopper with a balanced mix of all original bolt-on parts, deliberately using the original front and rear fenders. The bolt-on Sportster tank is a new product incorporating many of 2%ER’s commitments, such as the direction of the front and rear, the way it overlaps with the frame, a safe 3-point rubber mount, capacity, ease of assembly, and ease of maintenance (to be released in late 2023). We also installed the completely bolt-on “SR400/500 Left Side Meter Kit for Small Tank“, a new product. The flame paint specified by the owner was requested from “P.H.K” in Kyoto.
We paid attention to the fun of riding, such as a comfortable handle with a good atmosphere, an FCR carburetor that dramatically changes in all ranges, and a jockey shift kit that makes the riding posture cool and the operation feel interesting.

●With a 10-inch pullback handle, it’s easy to ride, and the front area has been extended by 15cm and made into a long fork of a moderate length. A hub cap has been added to the front wheel. The handle area is kept very simple with the adoption of a jockey shift.
