The Estrella has been transformed into a rigid frame through hardtail processing.

The frame has been simplified and the front and rear wheels have been converted to 16 inches. All the exterior parts are one-off and the accessories used have a vintage feel. The Estrella has been customized to have the atmosphere of a stripped dresser, bobber, and loco boy.

 

It always starts with one cell, and the lightweight body makes it easy to get your feet down.

With the current disc brakes on both the front and rear, you can ride without worry,

It’s a vintage style that knows no breakdowns.

【Front Fork】

◯The fork has been slightly lowered.

【Front Wheel】

◯Change the front wheel to 16 inches.

【Front Tire】

〇A classic vintage style tire.

【Headlight】

◯The distinctive light area is a narrowed nacelle for Harley/Shovelhead.

【Handle/Handle Area】

“Amal type throttle holder, general purpose (for 7/8″)“

◯We use controls with a unique atmosphere, such as early levers and double throttles, and the handle is used by widening the normal width.

CenterTank, oil tank, seat, step, muffler etc.

【Muffler】

◯One-off exhaust pipe. The muffler is of the civilian type.

【Step】

◯The footboard was mounted at a mid-high position. It’s comfortable.

【Seat】

◯The seat base is processed with the KR type, and the surface is covered in an Old Bates style.

【Electrical Equipment】

“IC blinker relay wide range specification“

〇A wide-range turn signal relay that can handle 1-150 watts without any problem, even for LED turn signals. It can also be used as a replacement for the original relay.

◯An electrical box in the style of a horseshoe oil tank.

【Gasoline Tank Installation】

◯ On top of the gas tank, which is a modified version of the standard model, there is a meter dash made of stainless steel.

〇 Drill a hole in the gasoline tank body and insert and weld. It’s non-penetrating, so it won’t leak. Used on both sides.

“Weld tab M size 4.5mm thickness 2p“

〇 Enlarge the hole diameter and change to a rubber mount specification to hold the non-penetrating nut. Used on both sides.

“Weld tab L size 4.5mm thick steel 2p“

〇 Used for the rear installation of the gas tank. This also has an enlarged hole diameter and is used with a rubber mount.

    • RearFenders, rear shocks, swingarms, etc.

    • The guide type turn signals, negative bolts, and parkerized finish create a vintage feel.

    【Hardtail】

    ◯We select the best materials and manufacture with high-precision hardtail processing, focusing on looks and durability, and using deep welding without applying too much heat.

    【Rear Wheel】

    ◯A 16-inch rear wheel.

    【Rear Fender/Tail Lamp】

    “Replica CROCKER Tail Chrome“

    ◯A replica Crocker tail is attached to the bob cut hinge fender. The fender brace is also custom-made.
